NBA DFS Friday, January 11th
Friday, January 11th offers 9-game NBA slate, and here are my DFS options for the night:

Jeff Teague – Point Guard, Minnesota Timberwolves

Steph is the best point guard playing on Friday, let’s get that out of the picture. But he is the most expensive one, and you have to spend money at other positions also. Kemba and Damian Lillard are star players who haven’t been producing star numbers lately, and D’Angelo Russell is playing against the stiff defense of the Toronto Raptors, with Kawhi all over him.

Elimination process leaves a couple of point guards to choose from, and those are rookies Sexton (Cleveland) and Young (Atlanta), emerging Kris Dunn from Chicago, undependable Lonzo Ball and even Tomas Satoransky from the Wizards.

And then there is Jeff Teague from the Minnesota Timberwolves, who had a great first couple of games with over 40 FPTS after coming back from injury. He still costs less than 7000$ and could produce another quality performance against the Mavs, who are the worst road team in the entire league. I would go with him, even though all the players mentioned above could produce better, but in the quality-price-streakiness ratio, Jeff Teague seems like the best option.

Klay Thompson – Shooting Guard, Golden State Warriors

If you don't remember what happened the last time Warriors played the Bulls, let me remind you. Klay Thompson broke the record for threes made in a game with 14. A couple of nights ago he torched the Knicks with 42 points on just four dribbles. His shot hasn't been falling all season long, but when he is hot – he is flaming. He would be my choice for the shooting guard position and is not too expensive, with 7500$ and 7200$ on FD and DK.

Andrew Wiggins still costs less than 7000$ and has picked up his game lately; he should also be considered at the shooting guard.

If you want to go lower than that pick Malcolm Brogdon of the Bucks. He has been really dependable all year long, averaging 15.7/4.6/3.4 with high shooting percentages.

And even cheaper than Brogdon is Cleveland's Jordan Clarkson, who has scored over 20 in each of his last three games, at the cost of only 5000$ both on DK and FD.

Giannis Antetokounmpo, Small Forward, Milwaukee Bucks

There are plenty of sure-fire options for a great DFS output, as Harden, Embiid, Durant, and Kawhi are all going to be suiting up. Harden and Giannis are neck and neck, as they both showed against each other the other night, each posting huge fantasy numbers.

What Harden gets you with scoring and assists, Giannis gets with rebounds, and both of them are the best options on the night, and you can go for either one. I would choose Giannis because Wizards have a poor interior defense which means free tours to the basket for the guy who leads the league in dunks.

I would also pick Giannis because there are not so great options at small forward because most of them are streaky fantasy players. However, I will mention Bojan Bogdanovic who has been pretty consistent all year for the Pacers, averaging over 16 points. Other than him, Jeff Green has shown some flashes lately, and Brandon Ingram is also an option because he can fill up the stat sheet with rebounding and assists if he is focused and aggressive.

Kyle Kuzma – Power Forward, Los Angeles Lakers

Kuzma is emerging as the best player on the young Lakers team when a certain individual named Lebron James is not on the court. If Lebron doesn’t play tomorrow (which he probably won’t), Kuzma has shown he is the primary scoring option on the team. He will be going into the game full of confidence from his career-high 41-point game, and I expect him to have another great game.

Kuzma will be a popular pick on Friday due to his recent heroics; so you might want to look in another direction at the power forward spot.
Indiana is playing without Myles Turner, the starting center. That’s why more opportunity and playing time will go to Domantas Sabonis, who is playing great this year. He is averaging 34 and 38 FPTS on FD and DK as a starter. Turner is listed as questionable, if he doesn’t play – Sabonis is a pretty safe pick at the position.

Joel Embiid – Center, Philadelphia 76ers

If you want to spend big money at a center, go with Joel. He is the best true center in the league in my opinion and a great fantasy choice. Karl Anthony Towns is a great option as well, but if you are going to spend money on Giannis or Harden (or both), you might want to look elsewhere for centers.

Tristan Thompson is back for the Cavaliers, and due to an injury-depleted roster, he could be a cheap option for decent production.
Jarret Allen from the Nets has had some good games and is emerging as one of the best rim protectors in the league, and is even cheaper than Thompson, so if you want to save money at the center, I would go with him.
